This iconic piece of furniture designed by the genius of Norman Foster is characterised by a tensile and elegant structure supported by a solid footing. A wise combination of mathematics and algorithms was necessary during the planning of this element, in order to transform an abstract structure into a finished good with a structure in UHPC that resembles a cloth in tension.
